The Data & Metrics toolkit provides guidance and tools for life sciences companies and venture capital firms to measure the Diversity and Inclusion of their workforce, Board, and portfolio companies.

Standardized methods are provided to enable venture firms to compare metrics across their portfolio companies and companies to benchmark to one another. The tools are designed to be implemented and administered by the company using the survey platform (such as survey monkey) and data storage platform (such as secure excel file) of their choosing.

Third party administration ensures data is stored in a responsible way.  There are several vendors (below) who offer this service and you may contact them directly to learn more.
