DEI&B Due Diligence for Venture Capital Firms

We sought out to develop a framework to aid Venture Capital Firm’s in their understanding of DEI&B issues & best practices as it relates to their potential new portfolio companies. The questionnaire helps Venture Capital Firms effectively gather information from their portfolio company’s, pertaining to policies/procedures, workforce composition, pay equity, and hiring process/decision-making, etc.. Beyond the questionnaire, we also developed supporting legal language for term sheets and definitive documents.

Additionally, the diagnostic we developed can also be used post-investment by the Board to assess the progress of the company on their DEI&B journey.
